Gov. Green Paper: Responsibility and democratic rights
Responsibility and democratic rights: Gov. Green Paper

Here is our first comment on the latest discussion paper of the Ministry
of Justice,
Green Paper 2009
Rights and responsibilities: developing our constitutional framework
(see contents below)

I want to ask the green paper’s authors why they have omitted to
consider improvements of our democratic rights, a major area of
responsible citizen-action in which an urgent overhaul is needed. I
refer here to improving democracy in the UK, countries and locally, by
adding to our “political rights” for instance “the right to participate
in the exercise of political power” (Marshall, cited in the green
paper). A respected observer and establishment insider not long ago
referred to the UK as an elective dictatorship and in league tables of
political participation Britain scores poorly. So called political
apathy and low election turnout result in part from these deficits.

You write “The challenge is how best to remind people of the importance
of individual responsibility and to give this greater prominence.”

It would be hard to imagine a better way to express personal civic
responsibility than by taking part in running our own public affairs.
Such expression however is hindered by a fundamental flaw in our
indirect, “representative” democracy which is that a single vote cast
once every four or five years gives us, the electorate, very little say
in public policy.

By introducing elements of direct, citizen-led democracy, we could
enable the electorate to decide on selected issues and (by calling a
referendum) veto unwanted law passed by local council or central government.

Wow ! Mr Kanga !
When you read what that retard is writing, that piece of pretentious
shit calling himself : Ashleigh Severin of Curtin Springs Station
near Uluru, one feels like slapping that piece of Manure on the mouth
with anything handy, even throwing a billy full of boiling tea to that
degenerate cunt ' face, indeed !

QUOTE
Mr Severin told Stateline he is shooting more than 1,000 feral camels
on his station each year and it is still nowhere near what is needed.
"I use the word exterminate," he said.
"It's an introduced pest. It has got a small usage. Yes, we eat camel
meat occasionally.
"As for a commercial thing, you won't get rid of it commercially
unless you exterminate them, bring them back to a manageable number,
put them behind wire and then you can start again."
UNQUOTE

Note the feeling about those beautiful animals treated as pest now, by
( "Ce Con De Severin") this cunt of Severin is of the real pest on the
contrary, no intelligence, no generosity, no aesthetic approach,
no intelligence indeed but the one of a primary animal disturbed in
its habit !
Why, since that imbecile is a carrion-feeding animal, like so many,
why not catch those camels and kill them humanly without having
suffer !
But that fool obviously does not know even that !!!

Australia is really gone in a bad way since that greedy and without
compassion outlook on life is so widely spread in the poor country,
from the race tracks, from the boozing places, from the sticking
corpses stuffing places right up to the Mining Criminals boards and
Political Whorehouses aka Parliaments that it does not matter
anymore ! The same beastly, narrow mindedness, hard nailed approach to
problems wanting immediate responses & solutions without considering
the causes of the deregulations !!!!
Indeed !

Well as it is I am completely incensed at what you send me, and I tell
what, dear Mr Kanga, in virtue of the Divine Power vested to me I
certainly will block from that point in time ALL & I SAY ALL SUPPLIES
OF RAIN & UNDERGROUND WATER TO AUSTRALIA !

*I want to see that Political & Mining Manure begging down in all
fours for their Collective Crimes
*I want the 4 requirements fulfilled for my return to wit : the 2
Royal Inquiries on the Telfer Mine Mass Swindle and Port Arthur Mass
Murder, as well as the pulling down of Court Criminal stature in Perth
& kicking out of Hancock fraud from the Kalgoorlie Hall of Fame
*I want that Howard Manure as well as his accomplices Anderson &
Costello brought to Justice indeed !
* I want to see people like you taking a more active part in the
managing of the Land & the Choices relative to easy solutions to a
complete respect of Nature Laws without NO Chemicals fertilizers, NO
pesticides, NO Genetic Modified Drops ever in Australia
* I want too those fatly paid Universities mind-programmed Parasites
engorging those Parliaments with their clueless comments to be kicked
out on their arses, and decent hard working dinkum Aussies replacing
that Political Manure for the better of the Country !

UNTIL THEN NO RAIN FALLING IN AUSTRALIA ...NO RAIN IN AUTUMN FOR A
START !

et par son geste
