Lawyers and Judges are not experts in Psychiatry, nor are they qualified
to practice Medicine. Doctors, Psychologists and Psychiatrists are the ONLY
qualified professionals to diagnose -- and treat -- Mental Defect, Mental 
Illness.

That the MILLIONS of patients are Mentally Defective/Mentally Ill is 
undisputed,
event the PATIENTS acknowledge and accept their doctors treatment and 
medications.
There is no dispute that they are Mentally Defective/Mentally Ill, just as 
there is no
dispute when a patient is diagnosed with HIV, Tuberculosis, Gonorrhea, 
Syphilis
or any of the DOZENS of other medical conditions that MUST be reported to
Government databases by law. Reporting the diagnosed and accepted condition

judgements in a court of law.

of alcohol is a barrier to the purchase of a firearm.  Take all the

Whether or not people are "mentally defective" or drug addicts or alcoholics
is a matter of MEDICAL fact, not judicial discretion. No judge or lawyer is

to overrule a licensed physician or psychologist -- especially when the

Whether or not someone is "mentally defective" or a drug addict is a
medical fact. Did you demand "due process" from your physician the
last time he diagnosed you with the common cold and prescribed antibiotics?
