Yes U.S. government agents killed David Koresh and a significant
number of his followers including children. The U.S. government took
Mr. Koresh's guns from the burnt ruble of his home....
Timothy McVeigh used agricultural products to kill and maim hundreds
of folks and destroy government property. U.S. agents took the guns
out of Mr. McVeigh's hands before he was executed by the state for an
act of terrorim. There has been no call to ban truck rentals even
though a rental truck was used to carry out this crime.
Nor has there been any call for retrictions on driver's licenses to
reduce the possiblitiy of folks renting trucks and copying Mr.
McVeigh.
Gordon Kahl was a mentally disturbed man who objected to the taxl laws
of the U.S. Government. He was killed in a shoot out ( evidence of
whether or not mr. Kahl was one of the shooters is sketchy).
Lawrence County Sheriff Gene Matthews were killed in the encounter.
There are conflicting reports that Matthews was killed by Kahl, or
killed by friendly fire from the Federal SWAT team.
You left out Ruby Ridge, was that deliberate?

That's the thing about "Police State Mongers": they have absolutely no
sense of humor, and if you try to defy them, then they will kill you.
Randy Weaver was "Victim" Randy Weaver because he chose to be. Successful
armed resistance to the authorities is just the daydream of gun nuts. Said
authorities are perfectly willing to pry your gun from your cold, dead
hands.
Koresh is another one. My understanding is that his weapons purchases were
all legit. If he'd allowed himself to be arrested, he could have easily
shown the charges were bogus. And no one would have burned to death.

Everybody knew his Guns were Legit, the Swats just wanted to kill
him, just to have some fun, hell, they even impaled one of their own on a
tank turret, wiped his body on the far edge of the building (hard to view)
then plonked into the building with deteriorating ww1/ww2/Vietnam type of
incendiary tanks/torches/flame throwers......
Koresh's life and followers was a perfect "lab rat" experiment into
the bold in your face *your nest* power trip of the black clad gangs.
Somebody is making a fortune in selling ski masks, OH,..but
wait......they Guvmint doesn't pay for anything, they just steal it through
Home invasions, and other armed robberies...
15 years ago,Tatum creek was another "lab rat" experiment in the
effects of a chemical warfare synthetic penicillin of a G.A.S. (Group "A"
Streptococcus)/(Flesh Eating Disease) you gotta watch what THEY are dumping
on you, because THEY have well secured hiding spots called "Military
Bases"...were THEY can Skulk.

The cops fired a total of 41 bullets at him and he was unarmed. How many
do you suppose they would have fired if he had drawn a gun?
What's your point?
That since he's dead, he might as well have been packing?

Only after Charlie Wilson got into the act in the mid 80's. For
YEARS, their main weapon was the Lee/Enfield SMLE. The only help they
got from the US prior to that was our "boycott" of the Moscow
Olympics.

First of all those fucks up in Afghanistan had their asses kicked from
one end of the Hindu Kush to the other as long as they had nothing but
WWI carbines. They booted the Ruskies out when they got surface-to-air
missiles.
Secondly, those fucks up in Afghanistan were fighting foreign invaders.

The USA loses foreign wars because the Left runs a campaign to undermine
them. You have to be able to kill man woman and child in a war to win it.
The Left prevents that by keeping a war "PC" and gets our guys killed trying
to prevent collateral damage. I'm sure you "know" otherwise though.

The USA has never been forced to sign a general surrender and has never
been occupied by foreign enemies after a conflict ceased.
The War of 1812 and the Korea War were close enough to be called ties.
We lost the Vietnam War by any political or military measure.
The same with the second Gulf War.
The results on Afghanistan are pending.

Vietnam went really well, Iraq is doing ok I suppose, Afghanistan isep,

1) Yup Militarily, the US had pretty well demolished the North Vietnamese
Their own top general pretty well said so in his memoirs
It was the Dems, who basically turned a victory into a defeat by
dropping South Vietnam like a hot potato
2) The Cuban embargo is NOT a "war"

This is rightard revisionism. The NVA never stopped streaming down the
Ho Chi Minh trail, and our corrupt allies had no base of support in the
south.

This is more rightard revisionsim. If only we had been willing to spend
*another* fifteen years fighting in Vietnam, then we would have seen the
light at the end of the tunnel.

Vietnam was NOT a MILITARY defeat
It was a POLITICAL defeat

9/11 was not the US going to war...

You said Vietnam was a loss. You're just being a fuckwit now.
I'm having trouble thinking of recent wears the US has won! Most have
been withdrawls with the tail between their legs. Afghanistan is likely
to go the same way.

The United States concluded a peace treaty with North Vietnam (for which
Henry Kissenger got the Nobel Prize). The last American combat soldier left
Vietnam more than a year before North Vietnam re-invaded the south. The U.S.
did not "lose" the Vietnamese war - at least militarily. At worst, the
conflict was a "draw."
The South could have prevailed against the War of Northern Aggression but
the Democrats in Congress wiped out the funding for the South Vietnamese
army some months before the resurgence of the North.
We haven't "lost" in Afghanistan. Yet. Come back in a couple of years.
The Cuban embargo has been an unqualified success. It has proven that
home-made parts for 1955 Chevrolets can keep the beasts running, a skill we
may very well need in the coming years.

What did we get from 60,000 dead Americans, except 2,000,000 dead
Vietnamese, not to mention the post traumatic stress all around. Did it
improve your life?

Yeah, that's what they said about Vietnam. Kill everyone (militants,
grandmothers, grandchildren) and pave it over. Kinda makes you the that
