It depends on how you define crime.


   The Rwandan Genocide was the 1994 mass killing of hundreds of thousands
of Rwanda's Tutsis by Hutu militia. The great humanitarian Nelson Mandela
openly talks about whites in south africa should not own land and be killed.
Zimbabwe took the land away from white farmers and look what it lead to.
Millions in africa are being chopped to death with Machetes in genocidal 
cleansings in
country after country.
