How many Colin Rosenstiels are there?
From http://www.cambridge-news.co.uk/cn_news_home/DisplayArticle.asp?ID=386854

++++++++++++++++

A CAMBRIDGE councillor is facing possible suspension - after being
found guilty of deliberately blocking an ambulance on its way to a 999
call.

Cllr Colin Rosenstiel allegedly stopped the vehicle as it was rushing
to help an injured person on the city's Jesus Green.

The driver, paramedic Cliff Austine, claimed the councillor told him
vehicles were not allowed on the grass.

++++++++++++++++

If I am ever lying injured in Cambridge, waiting for help, I shall
take comfort from the knowledge that a few doughty souls at least will
stop the lawns being rutted on my behalf. It will be a great comfort.
