David "Claude" Raynes can make a better case than Dr Oliver
What a pathetic article. The responses sum it up. I've read stuff by
Claude that's better constructed and more believable, although equally as
wrong.

You can hire Dr Oliver to give his expertise for a mere £1000 - £3000.
Who says prohibitionists don't have a vested interest?

The Grauniad's comments are easier to read, being in chronological order
:-).

Funny how all the fuck ups become drug experts!

ps It seems his PhD is in Public Administration.
