A ONE-LEGGED pervert whose home became a 'honeypot' for kids has been
jailed for eight months for downloading 1,000 pornographic images of
children.

Police were alerted to Colin Goymer's activities after he contacted a
helpline as his urge to download more extreme images grew.

Residents in Coniston had also contacted police concerned that the
55-year-old was opening his house to groups of village children as
young as five.

Goymer, of Little Moss, Coniston, admitted 15 charges of downloading
indecent images of girls as young as five.

Many were computer generated but some of the most serious category
were real photographs of children being abused.

Carlisle Crown Court heard yesterday that he had been allowing
children to drink and smoke at his house and that his computer could
easily have been accessed by them as it was not password protected.

Police went to his home on February 18 and Goymer showed them some of
the downloaded images.

He did not send images to anyone else and police say he was not part
of a paedophile network. Goymer, who was himself abused as a child,
claimed he got no sexual gratification from the images but did derive
pleasure from them.

Police found sexually explicit graffiti that had been written on his
lounge walls by visiting children.

Goymer had tried to outrun police in his motorised wheelchair days
after he pleaded guilty to the charges at an earlier court appearance.

He drove onto the jetty at Coniston where he became stuck and tried to
fight off police officers, dropping a knife he was carrying into the
lake.

It was revealed in court that two village families still allowed him
to visit their homes and their children, which Judge Peter Hughes QC
expressed surprise at.

Residents had sent numerous letters to the court expressing concern at
Goymer's continued presence in the village.

Sentencing Judge Hughes said: "The ready availability of child
pornography on the internet is deplorable."

He said there was a strong public interest in forcing search engines
and websites to bar access to pages containing child pornography. He
described Goymer's bungalow as a 'honeypot' for children where they
could do what they liked.

"The disturbing and unpleasant feature of the case is that you invited
young children into your home," he added.

"The atmosphere was a highly sexualised one, as illustrated by the
obscene graffiti in your living room."

He was sentenced to six months in prison for all 15 counts of
downloading indecent images - to run concurrently.

A further two-month sentence was imposed for carrying a knife. Goymer,
who is wheelchair-bound, is likely to serve four months in total.

He will remain on the sex offenders register for life and was placed
under a sexual offenders prevention order which bans him from going
within 50 yards of schools.

And he must never again download pornography of any kind.

OFFICIAL - Britain WILL violate Human Rights

The declaration of intent by the British government could not have
been more clear. It was not 'just anybody' who delivered the
bombshell, but one of the very highest 'authorities' in the land. He
is on the one hand a LORD - a member of the upper house of government,
which makes his utterances official. On the other hand, he is a
'JUSTICE' - one whom we are told is trained in LAW.

Nor did he deliver that bombshell as a chance remark to some private
individual. For example, if an investigative journalist hears a 'Lord
Justice' state that Britain is not bound by Human Rights laws, it
would be scandal enough.

Lord Justice Morritt delivered the "British Declaration on Inhuman
Wrongs" to the European Court of Human Rights itself. That is big-
time.

He did so on behalf of the British government, which was on trial at
the time for holding secret hearings.

With his declaration, Morritt expanded the purview of government
wickedness. It was a blanket rejection of ALL Human Rights.

The trial was brought by an Englishman, who had throughout his life
been patriotic and proud. Now he became ashamed at what his corrupt
government was doing in his name. His patriotism obliged him to try to
clean up the mess before his beloved nation acquired a bad reputation
like that of Germany.

In paragraph 17, the British government tries to wriggle out of any
responsibility to act humanely. In paragraph 20, resistance crumbles,
and that government admits to doing wrong:

Secretly, the British government is PROUD of wickedness.
Transgressions against Human Rights have proliferated since, rather
than being stemmed.

The statement by Lord Justice Morritt is just plain WRONG. That such
preposterous nonsense should come from a Lord Justice is quite
unfathomable.

Lord Justice Morritt noted that the "European Convention on Human
Rights is not part of our law in the way the European Community law
is, and the provisions of the county court rule to which I have
referred entitled the District Judge to hold the hearing in private".

Britain was one of the nations that formulated the European Convention
on Human Rights BEFORE it came into effect. In 1951, Britain signed.
The Convention was put into effect in 1953.

At that time, the European Community was not even thought of.

The reason for tearing up treaties, as Hitler was known to do, is
clear. The corrupt government has set its sights on WAR. On 22nd July
1999, when the government lost its case, Britain was killing vast
numbers of foreigners in Kosovo. That was to destroy Yugoslavia, and
build an oil pipeline from Azerbaijan to Greece. A puppet Azeri
government had already given its nation's oil to BP. That oil was to
be piped to the Mediterranean.

Now they were getting ready for more action. Two more oil-wars
followed. There is Afghanistan, with the Aral oilfields across its
border, and Iraq.

Human Rights were not to stand in the way of the oil thieves.

The nightmare that has descended upon the people of Yugoslavia,
Afghanistan and Iraq can only be imagined.

Closer to home, however, there is no peace either. War is EXPENSIVE.
THREE wars are VERY expensive. There is a need to disenfranchise the
nation. To make the public weak and supine. To 'teach' the public that
they have no rights. "THE GOVERNMENT KNOWS BEST".

So a flood of Human Rights transgressions has swept the British
nation. Each victim thinks that he is alone - the exception. In fact,
it is not so.

A properly-trained veterinary surgeon in Guernsey discovered some
irregularity in the law. He protested to the authorities. Even though
he was RIGHT, the authorities turned against him.

He did not know that they were all members of a gang who support each
other. Nor did he know that all court-cases are RIGGED. When
dissatisfied, the plaintiff or defendant will say "I WILL APPEAL",
which brings more money into the war chest.

So British 'Justice' is actually - and DELIBERATELY - injustice.

The veterinarian moved to south Wales, and set himself up as the
"FLYING VET". Yet the gang never forgot their vendetta against him.

He was forever being dragged before the courts on trumped-up charges.

On one occasion, for example, he was accused of being drunk in charge
of a vehicle. However, he had not been driving on that day.

THE TRUTH MUST NOT STAND IN THE WAY OF A GOOD STORY. So the lawyers,
doctors and other gang-members (who all have fake diplomas from the
government) tell stories that "His behaviour was shocking".

Each accusation is made. Whether he wins or loses, the accusation
becomes another 'FACT'. He has no right to defend himself.

The latest is that he owned and sold a WEAPON. Various crooked
'lawyers' and 'doctors' have already declared that they feel
themselves 'endangered' by the Flying Vet and his friends. That is, of
course, a preface to faking him up as a 'DANGER TO THE PUBLIC'.

Despite - or rather, BECAUSE OF - the precedent of Scarth (above),
they held all hearings of the Flying Vet in PRIVATE. For example, they
insisted on using a VIDEO LINK instead of an open court. This is a
violation of Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights. It
also violates the United Nations Declaration on Human Rights. Britain
is on the UN Security Council, and should know better.

Maurice Kirk, the Flying Vet, went on hunger strike. He sent letters
saying he wanted a writ of Habeas Corpus, allowing him to appear in
open court. In violation of the Convention, he was simply ignored.

When finally he did decide to try the video link, he started to open
his mouth to defend himself and the link was cut off.

Meanwhile, poison-pen accounts of his 'personality' are being written
by fake 'psychiatrists' in the service of the government. Human Rights
would restrict the ability of the government to do as it pleases.
There are wars to fight. The public must be MILKED. Citizens with a
sense of right and wrong must be PERSECUTED.

Yet in their zeal, his enemies let slip their genuine fears. The
Flying Vet wants to try the police of (old) south Wales. The
government gang is desperate to ensure that their wrongdoings do not
become public knowledge. Here we see an excerpt, where the writer
expresses his fears that Maurice Kirk might not be obstructed from
continuing his court case against the gang:

"The risk of Maurice Kirk continuing his (court) action against South
Wales Police ... is high". - 'Dr.' Tegwyn Williams, Oct 2009.

Other aspects of the stitch-up were covered very nicely by a real
psychiatrist. He has not authorised me to reveal his name, but it is a
real psychiatrist analysing a FAKE psychiatrist:

"This report could be funny if was not so tragic: according to the
author, one of the symptoms of Mr. Kirk's 'mental illness' is his
'poor writing.' "

"It is sad to see that a presumably free, highly educated person such
as Dr Tegwyn Williams, writes such a long, incoherent piece to be read
in a court of law of Wales. The doctor constructs a 'brain damage'
hypothetical and then the doctor transubstantiates the hypothesis into
a fact that 'causes Mr. Kirk's false beliefs.'"

"God Save the Queen and the Prince of Wales."

The gang have been running Britain for three hundred years. They are
the 'Dark Forces'of whom the Queen spoke. She was born surrounded by
them, as was Prince Charles. They resent it, but can do nothing about
it - despite the efforts of their 'Way Ahead Group'.

This whole elaborate persecution of the Flying Vet for selling a
WEAPON is absurd. He bought a PLANE, which happened to have a replica
of a gun, from a FILM COMPANY. In both senses of the word, it was a
PROP PLANE. He sold the 'weapon' as a PROP, or ORNAMENT. The film
company was not prosecuted, nor was the new owner. Instead, they made
a huge issue out of it and put Maurice Kirk in prison and solitary
confinement for MONTHS, with no limit set for his imprisonment. That
is imprisonment without trial.

Paragraph 40 says "Maurice Kirk can return to court for any disposal
that the court sees fit.”

That is DICTATORSHIP. In reality, since 1953 Britain is bound by the
European Convention on Human Rights.

The British government has allowed itself the right, for example, to
imprison FOREVER almost every toy salesman. After all, a water-pistol
has a TRIGGER but the prop did NOT.

It is impossible to hide the truth. The truth will out.
