I have at last received 3 packs of SAM-e and have 3 jars of niacinamide.
I began taking these yesterday.
I've not been feeling so good recently due to another cold and worse IBS 
and the bad news that my benefits have been suspended due to overpayment 
over the last year. This triggered the loss of my housing support and 
the news that I'm to be rehoused again. My home help doesn't start till 
the end of next week and I have to look at the new flat before then.
I am simply unable to pack all my things myself and organise the move.
I feel overwhelmed and exhausted.
