Looked into this recently, read the e-book and found a reference to it
on this group from a user called 'yoda' in April 2006 who said they
had started it and posted a link to their blog to share their
progress.  I can't get the link to work and wonder if anyone else
access to it or any info they can pass on.  Am very new to using blogs
so don't know how to search for older stuff other than to look back at
the posts to this group from around that time.  There was also a short
discussion between yoda and Ian W about this line of 'detox'

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Recently been diagnosed and
feeling overwhelmed with the amount of information out there on
possible treatments and from fellow 'sufferers' (yet lack of support/
info from GP/hospital) all they have done is recommended anti-
depresants (again) and refer me for a Graded Exercise Programme.

Also, is it as grim as it seems with benefits - SSP and then apply for
IB? Am still working at the moment, have reduced to part-time and a
lot less demanding job.

Be glad to chat to anyone who has more experience than me in dealing
with this
