Hi Mark,
I have recently been trying nadh (along with other supplements which I
try out on myself as a human guinea pig), I have been taking 10mg (the
mid dose) each morning for the past five days or so with no noticeable
effects at all so far... The research and info on nadh looks real
good, it's meant to really aid the energy cells in functioning... But
it appears to work for you, on half the dose I take, I will give it
some more time but pleased it works for you.
