CFS diagnosis
hello all

I'm 26 female and have been to mt GP with endless medical problems
ranging from IBS, headaches, dizziness, numbness, restlessness etc,
was given antidepressants after anti depressant..(not good)!
It wasnt until I went to hospital that a nurse was looking through my
noted and had asked me if I had ever been diagnosed with CFS / ME?
She said that I should mention it to the doctor but I am scared?? can
I just walk into a surgery and say 'I think I have cfs'?
I have been feeling very low and tired for over a year now. and
sometimes I cannot even get out of bed and I hate loud noises they
actually make me cringe...I was beginning to think that I may have
some kind of neurological disorder to be honest..
i really need help as this cant go on..Im getting tired even writing
this and my lack of staying power and memory are awful..
Is it time to see my GP? I mean my thyroid test was fine so its not
that..hmm

the mind boggles
