FreeCycle and David Eather's formula
I've been a member for 3 months but was too slow to actually get
anything until yesterday, when 2 items came at once. An ENT doctor from
the local hospital dropped off some kitchen things, which was nice but
not very exiting. While he was here I had a call from someone offering a
reed organ. I had several instruments before the fire so this was more
like it.
Unfortunately the return taxi fare was £30 which may be more than the
value of the organ so not so free after all.
Thanks for the tip Serena.
Today I received my amino acids including methionone and took a spoonful
along with a couple of ENADA (Nicotinamide).
any improvement I may report could be coincidental as I'm on my way up
anyway.

Well I just heard I can have a Casio electronic keyboard on Friday from
FreeCycle so that's great.

I need more Nicotinamide or ENADA cheaper than the high street.
Anybody have any sources?

Change your thoughts and you change your world.

PS. David Eather is from Australia I think.

I have these in stock that I plan to use with my SAM-e when it arrives from
the states:

pretty cheap considering you get 100 caps.

I'd normally suggest just plain old Nicotinamide (still improves sleep,
endurance and brain fog) - especially if money is tight. ENADA is
better but CFS is an expensive illness.

I recommend this firm for good natural products. They are very helpful
about ingriedients for anybody with allergies if you phone them. I
take the Probiotic which seems to help with IBS and digestion and it's
pounds cheaper than Yakult or similar.
