Any suggestions?
Hi All!

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on what I can do to
help my friend who suffers from MS. She's only 19 but this illness has
been plaguing her for the past 3/4 years and it really gets her down.
Sometimes she can't even leave the house and whenever she seems to make
any progress she catches a cold or something and ends up right back at
square 1. She's not on any medication because when she goes to the
hospital for tests they always return "inconclusive" so there isn't any
help there. She doesn't get much opportunity to go out socially because
she lives with her parents and they can be a little over strict- I can
understand they want to wrap her up in cotton wool so she can't get
hurt but I know it irritates her. Has anyone got any ideas about how I
could help her as a friend. Is there anything more active I could do to
help, other than just being around to lend a friendly ear?
