Question about exrecise and RA
Is it bad to force stiff joints into a position, even if after being forced
you then find it slightly easier to get into said position naturally?

I know it sound strange but at the mo am having problems with my toes. I
can't straighten them naturally, they seem to curl up. This is giving me
cramp and making it painful and awkward to walk. If my hubby forces the toes
down then fully up I seem to be able to 'wiggle' them myself, slowly at
first but then gradually they feel much more normal.

So should I stop him and put up with it or am I ok as long as it doesn't
hurt afterwards?
