Noreen hasn't responded to my texts today nor rung and there is no answer 
from her mobile.  Hopefully it is just that her mobile battery is flat and 
she has no way of charging it

That's a shame.  When I was in last last October,  they let me charge it 
from one of the sockets next to my bed.    Hope she's OK

It's ok, was just she had no signal so we can breathe again
