Wake up at some ungodly hour of the morning shouting ow and thinking if I 
can crawl down the stairs I'll get two PKs, wait an hour and I should be 
able to get back up the stairs and lie down again, sleep will come then cos 
I'm knackered.

Didn't know the day of the week, or even the month so as soon as I'd dosed 
myself I switched on my puter and came to Ups to forget my misery being 
entertained by last night's posts. And what do I find? This thread! A total 
surprise cos I simply did not know it was my birthday! I must be getting 
old!!

I can't thank you all enough for dealing with the ows better than any PKs 
could do.

Thanks for your wishes, they mean a lot and have started my day brilliantly. 
I just hope all of you have a day as good as mine is :-)
