JETS ballot now available
The Japan Europe Travel Scholarship (JETS) competition is now running,
with ballots in .pdf and .rtf form available from the League of Fan
Funds website at:

http://astralpole.org/?section=News

Warning: the layout is slightly bOrked if you download and print it. A
fixed .rtf version (with narrower print margins) is available from:

http://www.antipope.org/~nojay/JETS/JETS_ballot_RS.rtf

There are seven candidates (one of whom is a hive-entity comprising two
corpuscular bodies joined at the... ahem) plus the ever-popular
fan-about-town "No Preference".

        Abi Brown

        Jim de Liscard

        Jukka Halme

        Tom Nanson (‘FanTom’) and Teddy

        Chris O’Shea (‘The Magician’)

        Liam Proven

        Robert ‘nojay’ Sneddon

        No preference

Voting is open to "active" Europe-based fans and/or European-based
attendees of InterAction, the 2005 Worldcon although the voting section
of the ballot form doesn't make this entirely clear. Voting closes a few
days after Eastercon, winner (ME ME ME cough cough) announced shortly
thereafter.
