Aspergers syndrome
Male with Aspergers syndrome.

1) Will this pass on to Child?
2) More to boys or girls?
3) Any test available during pregnancy?
4) Anything to look for on a scan?

Thanks

There is genetic linkage, but it isn't guaranteed to pass on IIRC.

More to boys; it's X-linked.

Nope.
