Hi all

De-lurking for a moment, as we are going to be trying for #2 shortly. 
However, can anyone direct me to somewhere where I can find out what the 
accepted length of time is that you're supposed to take folic acid for 
prior to trying to conceive, please?  I've completed a month of 
Sanatogen Pronatal, but am not sure if we should hold off the 
"baby-making" bit until I've been taking it for three months.
