New interesting VISUAL tool in the physiotherapeutic advice area.
Dear friends.

Some days before leaving on holidays I told you about a new option to
get helped and learn in the physiotherapeutic area, now more intuitive
than ever.

Let me remember those people who haven’t visited that link (or those
that even don´t know it) where to find it:

http://webs.ono.com/distoweb [no banners, no ads, no earnings]

	 button ‘Physiotherapist advice’

I know many of you have taken into account every good advice for your
concrete symptoms (spasms, pain, anxiety…), and have even emailed the
physio for personal and always free advice. Please keep on considering
this option when you need it.

You can get some useful advice about:

				Spasticity, stiffness, spasms
				Muscular and joints pain
				Depression, anxiety, stress
				Blepharospasm
				Cervical dystonia
				Oromandibular dystonia
				Spasmodic dysphonia
				Writer’s cramp
				Parkinson’s
				Essential tremor

The novelty consists of adding some videos which help you with the
specific exercises which must alleviate your concrete symptoms.

First of all, the following videos and symptoms have already been
published (find it in the upper address).

	Visual yoga (for blepharospasm)
Relaxing breathing (for stress and anxiety)
	Cervical auto-stretching (for spasmodic torticollis)

Afterwards we will gradually deal with most of the symptoms, but from
now on you can ask for specific and personal videos if you need this
help, and we will work on it as soon as possible; obviously everything
is free of charge and without any advertisements or banners.

I know any single step makes us feel much better. So I hope this
helps.

Take care,

Fernando
