Sorry OM, the comic irony was totally lost here! I chose not to
reply, but would say that you measured things pretty poorly on this
occasion. What with the trashed nature of the group, it really did
make me
think that either someone had 'adopted' your old persona, or that you
may have 'lost it' since I was last 'regular'(!)

Glad to realise that it might have been the andon of old! Not an
auspicious opener though, OM.

Cheers,

Pete.

Especially immediately after a bloke with a broken leg
wanting DLA, carers and a team of ring-pullers :-)

To steal a persons words is plagiarism,
To steal from a whole newsgroup is research.

Not at all auspicious and my thoughts mirrored yours.

...........

ROFL, I <dream> of transient incapacity! (well, not really, but
ITYKWIM)/ I'm not sure leg-pulling is the answer for that OP - but
something with another ' traction' property might do the trick. :-/

DLA renewal issues are still fogging my consciousness here, as per my
last starter. Getting the local DWP to 'look again'. Let's see how
independent their rubber- stamping can yet be....

Cheers,

Pete.
