I've heard of Acorn and Stannah: any good?

Where in the country do you live ?? and is it a straight stairlift or
curved. Do not go with the first people you mentioned .They employ
direct sales methods similiar to window. If your east anglia or london
south east we can install stairlifts at a fraction of the cost .

Stannah are ok
