All people either disabled or able bodied are still human with their
differences opinions and frailties.
I was simply passing on information. Information that was a fact for
me.
My Sony and BMW units wont work with other CD player units, FACT.
They wouldn't work with adaptor units FACT. I manage by rejigging the
wiring to get the BMW to barely communicate with the CD player unit by
actually telling the CD motor unit to spin but that was all.
The Sony problem was solved, I sold it on Ebay and bought a CD/DVD/TV
all in one unit which is great as I can watch TV while the wife is in
the supermarket.
For the BMW I used a tape adaptor and an iPod to play my music.
I wasn't stating that a Halfords adapter unit wont work for you. What
I was doing was passing on Empirical evidence that they don't always
work for everyones units, despite some rubbish that people spout.
Good Luck

Lavabread responded with a useful link for the OP of this thread.
You, on the other hand you have responded with:
"AHHHH right So you still refuse to explain why the equipment I use
wont communicate? Its soooo easy to ignore the facts isnt it.? BTW You
dont work for the national health Service do you? They seem to
ignore a lot of facts like you do.....Plonker"

"My my Mr smug eh? the man who knows everything about everyone.
Unfortunatley who know nothing about the units I have or what I tried.
Must be heaven in your ignorance."
" but I received an email from someone yesterday who
didn't want to get attacked by a certain rabid 'Know-all' "
Now I know the last one was a lie, because there cannot be another
person on this planet that thinks Lavabread has been anything more
than helpful. Anyone can compare both your posts to this group and
clearly see who is the "rabid" one.
As for your other remarks, you need to up your medication immediately.
Please accept that in the manner in which it was intended.

Why not make it clear to me? Because as far as I can tell, you are
reading a completely different thread to me.
Come on, show me where Lavabread offered to explain why your gear
doesnt work, or just how you expected him/her todo so without seeing
your setup?
Why is he/she a "Know All", when he/she has only provided a link to a
website where you may be able to find an answer to your problem?
Why is he/she "Rabid", when clearly your track record in this group
and in this thread is positively shite?
What facts has Lavabread ignored?
Why is h/she smug or ignorant? He/she hasn't rubbed your nose in it
like many would after your rants, and he/she is obviously ignorant of
your setup as are we all, but he/she has never suggested that he
knows anything about your setup. Just pointed you to somewhere where
you might find an answer.
Oh, and while youre at it, tell us why you were thick enough to fall
for the patter from Sony and BMW when that's all they want is for you
to buy another unit (which you did of course). Lol!
And one last one. Are you still "supported in email"
Cowardly.......urrm, Custard?

Because dear thing, I also discussed it with several other car ICE
companies, actually taking the units to them
That I didnt bother explaining it, was my assumption that people like
you would have been bright enough to consider I had, for considering
you bright enough though, I apologise as its plainly obvious I was
wrong.

Yes actually I am. Judith, though I care not a fig for your
misconstrued ideas.

Thanks Judith, (I'm a he BTW) but do you really expect him to answer? :-)
This is a disability group after all. There may be mental issues why Custard
thinks I'm the Devil Incarnate.

Questions too hard for you, or just impossible to answer?

So totally gullible then.

No, and he lived up to expectations.

Does he not need a brain to have mental issues?
