Yes, home-made can be great. But sometimes its nice for someone else
to do the cooking.
No pizza place (or any fast food place really) that I've ever come
across does as great as can be done at home. They all however produce
better selling products than me.
Home pizza for me is a couple of hours preperation, cooking and clean
up time. I do my own pizza bases when I have the time - somewhat more
to my liking than most commercial ones.
People will often spend a fortune in a year on fast, quick food that
may not taste brilliant. But saves time and effort. :)
