Ok apologies and i didnt see the regulation on the charter.
Our aim actually is to be a company not ripping the disabled off !! As
many seem to do !
So please it wasnt an intention at blanket advertising.

So why use a throwaway address, rather than something on your domain, 
such as Enquiries@goactivemob!lity.co.uk?

You aren't totally new to this newsnet lark. If you know enough not to 
use a permanent address - you know enough to check a newsgroup charter 
before posting adverts to it..

Your warranty pages suck. And probably could get you reported to trading 
standards as they don't make it clear that any insurance is in addition 
to SOGA rights.

Soeone going to your Warranty pages expects to read reassuring messages 
about how anything delivered with faults will be "instantly" 
replaced/refunded and all carriage costs for returning faulty items 
reimbursed.

To read how anything that fails during the expected life of the product 
(eg first five years), due to a fault in manufacture, design or 
materials, will likewise be repaired or replaced at no cost.

To read that the standard warranty is in addition to those legal 
requirements and will repair/replace during the warranty period without 
the need for proof that there was a fault present when supplied.

They don't want to read that you are selling what even you appear to 
think is so much a heap of junk that it requires additional insurance to 
cover repairs, even during the warranty period.

You certainly have all the signs of being rip-off merchants.
