Except that Web site doesn't work at all as far as I can tell.
I signed up for an account there, and got e-mail back:

When I click on the HERE link, it says:
                      This activation code is invalid
                        Code: 17847_______________
                        Email: rem642b@yahoo.com___
When I click on the dating4disabled.com link to their main
Web page, I see:
Email: E-mail______________ Diasbled Dating Service - Sign In
      Password: ____________________
If I fill that in with my correct e-mail and password,
and submit, it says:
                         Invalid E-mail or Password
Back at your main login page, I also see:
      Forgot password
If I click on that link, I see:
   Send Me Password
   Email: ____________________ Send
If I fill in my e-mail addresss, and click on Send, it says:
   Send Me Password
                           The e-mail is invalid

I sent e-mail to their help/feedback address, and got back a reply:

But if I go to their dating4disabled.com home page again, I don't
see any TextField for putting my Nicname or my User ID#, only for
my Email and password, and that doesn't work. Does anybody know how
to get to stage two of my profile so that I can fill that in?

I hate those sites. Not only do they charge you to speak with other
people (damn, why not just go to a bar or a club if you are going to
spend money) but they are so fucking many of them and they are all
balkanized so you have to sign up with many of them to have a
reasonable pool to choose from. Some people have found love on line,
true, but these web sites suck (all of the pay ones) in my book.

Note: This is just my opinion, YMMV. Also be ware of some of the so
called "free" sites (or pay sites that try to trick new commers into
thinking they are free). They usually have you fill out all of your
personal information, only to be told at the end of the process that
you have to pay out money to be able to make any real use out of them.
It's a very dirty trick, but was rather common when I used them in
early 2003.

And when you find out the trick, it's too late. They have your info.
Not things like SSN numbers or drivers licenses (NO REPUTABLE SITES
SHOULD ASK FOR THOSE!), but enough to sell to marketers.

Re: Looking for love, Freindship??
Alert: For weeks, right up through Friday aftermoon, Google Groups
was showing search results only through Oct.13, so I had no way to
find more recent articles that mentionned my name, such as
followups to stuff I previously posted. Just Friday night GG
finally enabled me to find:

How would you rate HotOrNot, where all you have to do to post your
photo and profile is upload the photo and fill out just a few
questions, and then you can alert people you'd like to meet and
people who meet you can alert you and if you have a double match
then that's something special, you can send canned notes back and
forth for free, and for five months earlier this year you could
even send *messages* back and forth (but as of early October it's
back to requiring at least one of the two people to pay $5 for a
"star" membership to exchange messages). During that five month
period, of the 20+ who had double-matched me, only three told me
where they resided: Philippines, Ghana, and Canada, nothing
anywhere near whatsoever. Not one attractive woman anywhere in the
USA finds me attractive enough that she'd want to meet me during
those critical five months when arranging a meeting might actually
be possible.

I tried CraigsList, and got only one response, a woman in Campbell
who told me in her very first e-mail that she is tired of paying
for massage and wants me to massage her, but as soon as she found
out I didn't have a car and thus couldn't drive her all around at
my expense, she decided not to meet me. I think she was just a
prostitute/golddigger. What do you think? I'll post her e-mail if
you want to give an expert opinion.
