Problem buyer with delivery
Sold a widget, stated in the auction I couldn't post for maybe up to a
week, got a friend to post it within a couple of days (last Thursday),
now I have the buyer moaning that my friend must have sent it via
pidgeon post, and that I will be getting a neg for it now.

So I have refunded the P price, which I know I dont have to, RM cant
track it as its not available till its been signed for, its a really
low value itm (less than £3), etc.

Is there anything in the t&c's of ebay for a buyer threatening to neg?
I cant see that I or my friend has done anything wrong, and I am
blaming RM for it, and I just have an impatient buyer. Is it one of
those take it and just deal with it things, or something else?

I can follow up the neg, there is no problem there, I just want to do
whatever I can to get rid of the chance of it coming!

Officially there is, but since it's something ebay are encouraging you
have no chance of getting them to do anything about it. It would be
like reporting shill bidding.
