Speaking of looking for father's families, all I know is that my father was 
born on 7th November 1892 and that he was Irish.  His name was Edward Davis. 
I don't know whether he was born in what is now the Irish Republic or 
Northern Island.  Is there any cheap easy way of finding out anything about 
him or his family?  He would obviously be dead now and if I have any 
siblings they could be quite old as well.
