Paul Anka - Royal Albert Hall - 1 May
49 years in showbusiness - and still a great performer and songwriter, two
fantastic hours on the stage and amongst the audience! He was everywhere
singing and dancing with fans, kissing them, talking to them, even took some
photos with them. Performed the old classics written for himself and stars
like Sinatra, Streisand, Sammy Davis also wonderful new compositions,
ballads and up tempo numbers. His voice was strong and the band were great.

Composer of "It Doesn't Matter Any More" (for Buddy Holly). "Put Your Head
On My Shoulder","You Are My Destiny", "Lonely Boy", "My Way" (for
Sinatra), 'Diana', 'Puppy Love', "(You're) Having My Baby" and many more.

Definitely one of the best concerts we have ever seen (out of many), the
Royal Albert Hall rocked and swayed.

Hope you were there...his new and innovative album Rock Swings has gone
gold.
