Can any of you knowledgeable people answer this question.

I have been trying to find out the name of the vocalist of an old
British dance track and just can't find it anywhere on the net.

The track is 'Playing with Knives' by Bizarre Inc Nov 1991,

I know it's not Angie Brown

Anyone help?
