Got this voice on it which sounds like Bryan Ferry singing through a 
drainpipe. I remember seeing the video on MTV or some channel like that a 
while ago.

There's a lot of dreamy ooooo  aaaaaahs and then the voice says something 
like "I'm ???? and I'm wasted".
