Apologies for the non-purchase related question, but in the text under
the strat, you say comments have been made about the pickups.
I also have a strat plus and tend to find the pups sound a little
'flat' and was contemplating some beefier replacements, possibly a
humbucker in the bridge.

What comments have you had regarding these pups?

that Precision looks very very tasty indeed... with a Jazz pickup and active 
too? hmmmm...

it's lkely out of my range at the moment, hard times, but... it's just 
beautiful, and I never thought I'd say that about a P-bass!

So sorry to hear you are movng , but do hope it goes quickly and well
( but must meet up before you leave...).

UKMGers will have seen some of these in action and have an idea how
good they are. I would certainly recommend the Nashville Tele - lovely
sound and very versatile.

I'm trying hard to resist the lure of GAS - the CMI tele would remind
me of hours spent in your Dungeon Steve and you patiently working me
through the pentatonics......

Could I justify yet another guitar........
