Amazing what you find when you dig thru your old sound gear..plugged it in and I get this rich thick REAL spring reverb sound..anyone else out there own one?

There's quite a few outboard spring reverb units out there. Thats a very compact unit. The downside of that is it uses one of those "OC Folded Line" tanks. They really sound shitty. It can be made to sound much better by replacing the tank with an Accutronics 3 spring long unit that has the same in/out impedance. It won't fit inside the chassis tho.....so it'll be an outboard reverb unit with an outboard tank.
