Go on - you know you want to...
FWIW, I've got both - or almost (v old Strat + heavily-modded Tokai Tele),
and neither gathers much dust.
Love 'em both, as each has a very different character; I'd say a Tele takes
more 'getting to know', especialy if you're already a Strat player, but is
well worth the effort. That said, I have to be strong and resist GAS
prompted by your latest acquisition, as I really shouldn't double-up on what
I have. There again, I'm not happy taking the Strat out, the Tele could use
a refret and, well, they just make such nice tempting guitars these days.
Check out the vision of loveliness that is the Shell Pink Strat on the
Squier website and you'll see what I mean. Oh, and aged Olympic White,
and... and I quite fancy a Ricky 12-string, and maybe, while we're at it...
See what you've done? =0)
