True, but why would it be? The technology to achieve that kind of thing
has been available for a couple of decades or so.
It's not like the 'robots' are interpreting sheet music anything or
jamming with a human musician. They're just re-playing a fixed pattern
or at least just a very small set of fixed patterns.
I reckon that you could probably achieve the same effect with (now
inexpensive) late 1970's technology.
That said, I may be missing something.
