Did you ever see her on that (UK) TV show in the mid-sixties, playing on 
a railway platform in Cheshire or somewhere?

I should have watched the video before asking - that was it!

Granada TV in one of their more creative moments (they did concerts by 
Jerry Lee and Ella Fitzgerald the same year).

Rosetta sang an impromptu version of "Didn't It Rain?" (and got the 
reaction from the audience) because the heavens had opened and delayed 
the open-air performance.
