I can pretty well guarantee that Lord Franklin did not steal Bob Dylan. 
He was a bit preoccupied by getting frozen in the Northwest Passage.

Well, for own part, the Dylan/Franklin thing was one of about 50 long-
running things I keep meaning to Google but usually only remember last
thing at night before falling asleep.
