Yes. A year or two ago they did a 'survey' of some chefs and claimed that the
result was that all the chefs agreed they didn't really need those big sharp knives
they all used, but had never ever noticed this until NuLab pointed it out.

About all that was missing was them saying "but what we *really* would like to have
is ID cards!"
