I always send CDs to radio stations. As far as I know they are not
receptive to mp3s except in exceptional circumstances where _they_ need
to get something specific, and quickly, to fill a gap.
It's hard enough getting airplay without giving the station an excuse to
ignore your music by sending it in an unacceptable format.
Some internet 'radio' stations might accept mp3s, of course, but that's
not what you asked for, is it?
