Trying in vain to find a copy of this album (to buy) on vinyl or CD (if 
it was ever released on CD?). It's been out of print/production/whatever 
the term is for a while now and have tried various 2nd-hand record shops 
in central London. Any suggestions / copies for sale welcome.
