He used to. I think his intransigency was too much even for the tolerance 
of Mudcat and he was kicked out. He was "The Shambles" but I see that 
user ID doesn't exist any more.

It would be good to have a web archive of all Hamish Birchall's reports,  
if one doesn't exist already.
