Yep.  Pure fourth (4/3) is 498 cents, ET is 500.  Pure fifth
(3/2) is 702 cents, ET is 700.

Not an easily noticeable difference except when you multiply
them, e.g. tuning a stringed instrument strictly in fourths or
fifths.
