who was he?
spent 30 min watching some talentless freak with a guitar and a red hooped
t-shirt open Glastonbury with the dismalest collection of 'songs' I ever
heard
and I still do't know who he is so I can avoid it ever happening again

Why spend 30 minutes watching him if you weren't enjoying it?
I gave Crosby Stills and Nash two songs before deciding (in some
disappointment) that they weren't enjoying it, they didn't care whether
or not the audience were enjoying it, and they were only going through
the motions. Then I stopped listening to them and did something else
with my life.

I watched that on the TV.
It was deeply embarrassing.
Note for note perfection with no feeling at all, and even more embarrassing
clothing.
You'd have thought they'd have progressed just a little bit in the last
forty years...

Not quite as embarrassing as Neil Young trashing the strings on a
guitar.
I half expected him to set fire to it.

I missed that.
After CSN I'd had enough of old men in bad clothes playing old songs to an
audience of old men covered in mud.
And I though folk was moribund...

Actually I thought some of the harmonies were off. I was disappointed with
them. Ditto Neil Young.
