Your music on cd
I earn up to £1000.oo clear extra profit every month from selling my own cd
at gigs in the UK.
Top reasons for not selling big numbers
1. You don't have any for sale.
All you have to do is display them at a reasonable price/ good quality and
people WILL buy them
Its not as expensive as you think to produce a full album of your music.
From as little as £100.oo for a live album !! Or do it yourself.
2. They look amateurish.
If they look rubbish...people will just not buy them
You can now get a full professional service that gives you a finished
product from just £2.oo per unit finished and ready for sale.
It is YOUR product so if you want to drop in at the design stage.. you are
more than welcome and the kettle is on.
Turnaround is normally 3-7 days. These units are complete with quality discs
boxes paper and printing.
3. Initial outlay is too high.
MDCRepros has an initial order of just 50 and then a minimum order of only
25.
If you place a first order of 100 then all art/work & design is free. Normal
price for artwork/design is just £20.oo
There are suppliers all over the UK that do each cd from just £1.25 with an
initial order of 500 (£625 !!!)
They are turned out on inferior machinery, home printers etc
I prefer to stick with the quality aspect. I have dedicated machinery after
a massive outlay and ALL my work carries a money back promise.
The others don't worry about you re-ordering because they have made enough
money from your first order and generally you wouldn't want to re-order. I
have seen the standard (or lack of it) from some of these companies and I
certainly would not like to sell them !!
Most of my clients retail 100+ units per month.
4. Many bands/artists like to think they can get £10.oo + for them (often
dictated by the initial costs) and they sometimes can, but my theory is
this. "I would rather have a pocket full of £4 profits than a cupboard full
of £8 profits".
Of course, its up to you, but keep in mind, the big names in the industry
can now be bought for just £2.78-£7.99 at the big stores
If people enjoy the gig they would like to take part of that night
home...but only at a reasonable price.
All my work looks very much as good as the stuff you buy in the big stores
and is often compared very favourably.
So, for an initial outlay of just £120.oo (after recording)... you can have
50 albums on sale at your next gig !
Email me with a number and I will call you to discuss your needs.
I have people that will come out to record you live from just £100.oo,
studios you can visit from just £150.oo, or let you know an easy way to do
it for yourself.
When they take your album home remember they have your name, number and
sound to pass to other clubs, organisers etc
