Garth Brooks To Jump Start CRS-39

(Nashville, TN -- January 7th, 2008) The Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc.
has announced that Garth Brooks, the top selling solo artist in U.S.
history, will make a special appearance at the opening session of CRS-39 on
Wednesday, March 5, 2008.

During the event, Brooks will answer audience-submitted questions. WSIX-FM
Morning Show Host, Gerry House, will conduct the interview and moderate the
discussion.

After the interview, one CRS radio attendee will be chosen to sing a duet
with Brooks on a song from the singer's record-breaking catalog.

In announcing Garth's appearance at CRS-39, CRB President Becky Brenner
stated, "We are thrilled that Garth has agreed to give our CRS attendees the
opportunity to talk with one of the most amazing country artists of our
time."

Big Machine and Valory Music President Scott Borchetta added, "Garth
continues to support Country Radio and engage at the highest level."
Borchetta explained that the seeds of Garth's CRS-39 appearance were sown
during a promotional event for radio programmers called The Garth Radio
Seminar (GRS). "This panel was inspired by the "GRS" experience. Keith
Kaufman (WSIX-PD and CRB Agenda Committee Vice Chair) wanted to see if we
could re-create the GRS opening panel. I took it to Garth and not only was
he supportive, he notched it up a level - it was his idea to have a lucky MD
or PD come up and sing a song with him as the support musician! This will be
a great way to kick off CRS."

Though officially retired for several years, Garth was just certified by the
RIAA as the number one selling solo artist in U.S. history. Garth Brooks'
The Ultimate Hits contains 2 CDs and a DVD. The 3 disk package contains 30
Garth classics, 3 new songs and a bonus track on 2 CDs. The set also
includes a DVD with 33 videos including new and never-before-seen footage.
This year, Garth became the first artist to put out a simultaneous edition
of his latest collection for a charitable cause. November 6, 2007 saw the
launch of the pink edition of The Ultimate Hits which is available only at
the Susan G Komen website.

Because of Garth's appearance, the Country Radio Broadcasters have changed
the Wednesday, March 5th, 2008 schedule to as follows:

Rhonda Vincent spends January on Album Launch and Promotional Trail!!

"This seven-time winner of the International Bluegrass Music
Association's top female vocalist award certainly does have a good thing
going." - Brian Mansfield USA Today

Appearances set for Fox & Friends, Crook & Chase,
WGN Superstation, and Grand Ole Opry Live

Nashville, TN - O Brother! At a time when the genre grass was never
greener, a blonde haired beauty is the runaway thoroughbred of bluegrass
music.

Rhonda Vincent's much anticipated new project on Rounder Records, Good
Thing Going, leaves little doubt why she has outpaced the competition -
easily sweeping seven consecutive years as "Female Vocalist of the Year,"
and rising to "Entertainer of the Year," with the highly respected IBMA -
International Bluegrass Music Association.

Good Thing Going moves Rhonda light years forward. Built on a bedrock
of deeply rooted traditional bluegrass soil, the twelve tracks showcase the
modern edgy vibe that has made Rhonda Vincent hands down the best thing to
happen to bluegrass since the invention of stringed instruments. Her
audience scans from diehard old time traditionalists to kids with lip rings,
discovering bluegrass as the new, cool sound of music.

Like her music, a large part of her chart-topping draw is Vincent's
personal magnetism. Onstage, resplendent with energy and flash both on
mandolin and vocals, she's a tireless road warrior, playing an average of
more than 200 concerts a year to an ever-growing base of sold-out venues.

Good Thing Going was Rhonda's creative musical vision. She calls it
her most 'challenging' project to date challenging from the standpoint of
squeezing studio time in the midst of her highest career wave to date and in
between finding time to create new music for the album.

      A thoroughbred talent - a winning project. O Sister! What's not to
love?

Catch Rhonda Vincent on the following TV programs:
January 8 - ABC News' Newsone "New Music Tuesday"

Ansel Brown's Bigger Heart Tour Preview Kicks Off With Hospital Appearances
In Carolinas, January 14-18

"It's all about connecting through the music - reaching out and touching one
heart, one hospital at a time." - Ansel Brown

Charlotte, NC -- IPAK recording artist Ansel Brown kicks off a preview of
his Bigger Heart Tour with appearances at five children's hospitals in North
and South Carolina, January 14-18. At each stop, the Carolina native will
perform an acoustic set and will visit the hospital rooms of children too
ill to attend the show. Dates and locations are:
January 14 at 2 p.m. Levine Children's Hospital/Charlotte, NC
January 15 at 2 p.m. McLeod Children's Hospital/Florence,
SC
January 16 at 2 p.m. Palmetto Health Children's
Hospital/Columbia, SC
January 17 at 2:30 p.m. Medical University of South Carolina
Children's Hospital/Charleston, SC
January 18 at 2 p.m. Greenville Hospital Systems Children's
Hospital/Greenville, SC
Ansel will also visit radio stations in each city, discussing the importance
of these hospitals and the specialized care that they provide their very
special patients, and sharing the story behind the Bigger Heart Tour. "The
idea for all this began two years ago," Brown says. Acting on a friend's
suggestion, Ansel donned his big Stetson and strolled into a room at
Levine's Children's Hospital to kick off his signature song, "Waikiki
Cowboy." The professionals marveled at the extraordinary connection Brown
formed with the kids, and they encouraged the singer to broaden his efforts
and repeat his success on a national level. Now, that vision is a reality,
and these Carolina dates are just the start of the Bigger Heart Tour. Brown
plans to take his one-man, one-of-a-kind show on the road and bring his
music and larger-than-life personality to hospitals across the nation.
"It's all about connecting through the music," Ansel says. "It's about
reaching out and touching one heart, one hospital at a time."
Brown has already touched one very special heart - that of his new friend,
Haley Cook. Haley has repeatedly beat the odds to become an inspiration to
everyone around her. Her health permitting, Cook intends to act as an
"ambassador" for a few of the Bigger Heart Tour stops. "Haley missed my
first performance in the hospital because she was having her 29th brain
surgery," Brown says. "She was a cocaine baby born prematurely. She's 10
years old and she's had over 300 major procedures in her life. She wasn't
supposed to live past a week, and then she wasn't supposed to live past a
year. She was never supposed to talk or walk, and she does all of those
things. Haley is a living, breathing miracle, and she changes the life of
everyone she meets. I want the world to know about her, and all the other
children like her who face unbelievable challenges every day."
You can connect with Ansel, and hear his IPAK Records' debut single, "Mine's
Bigger," at www.anselbrown.com or www.myspace.com/anselbrown . Press
