JASON MEADOWS DEBUT CD "100% COWBOY"
AVAILABLE IN STORES TODAY

NASHVILLE, TN-July 10, 2007-Country music star Jason Meadows' debut
Baccerstick Records CD, titled 100% COWBOY, is available in stores today.
Meadows is scheduled for a series of in-store CD signing events and acoustic
performances spread over the next 30-90 days to support the release of his
album. The first event takes place tonight at Wal-Mart in Durant, Oklahoma
near Meadows hometown of Calera. He'll follow that event with similar
appearances in McAlester, OK July 11; Tulsa, OK July 12; Ardmore, OK July
13; Oklahoma City, OK July 19; Plano, TX July 23, and Rockmart, GA August 1,
all sponsored by Dr. Pepper. There are also planned signing stops in
Lebanon, TN July 16 and Oklahoma City, OK July 17 and 18, among other cities
to be announced including Knoxville, TN; Greenville, SC; Milledgeville, GA;
Macon, GA; and Pulaski, TN.

Meadows new single, "18 Video Tapes," from this CD is currently
climbing national music industry trade charts. It's been the No. 1 listener
favorite for 10 nights in a row on WKDF in Nashville, TN during the
station's "Nashville's Top Nine At Nine" segment. Other stations across the
United States are reporting the phone action caused by this single among
their top five most requested or commented on. KUZZ in Bakersfield, CA is
advising that it's the No. 1 song lighting up phones at that station. Robert
Arthur and Aaron Barker, who wrote several of George Strait's hits, wrote
the song. It's packed with emotion and features Vince Gill on harmony
vocals.

The CD is receiving the thumbs-up from review critics across the
country. Among them, Mario Tarradell of the Dallas Morning News who says
Meadows music is "genuine country" and "harks back to a bygone era, when
no-frills songs were delivered with honesty and simplicity." His final
thought: "The hat's real, folks. So are the creased Wranglers. Mr. Meadows
isn't going for hillbilly hipness in naming his debut CD 100% COWBOY. After
one listen that title is just a fact."

The new CD features numerous points of interest. The title cut is a
powerhouse of a song with an unblinking look at what it is to be a
modern-day cowboy. "18 Video Tapes" is a poignant tale of a father's love,
recorded for a son he knows he will never see grow up. "Big Shot" is as
brightly polished as a brass buckle, with a story that conveys confidence
born of talent rather than empty bravado. "Just Pray" brings faith and need
together in the face of some of life's biggest challenges. "San Antone
Alone" features vocals by the Jordanaires. The autobiographical "Here I
Come" uses Jason's own struggles to sketch out the parameters of his life,
his approach and his goals, painting an indelible portrait of a
one-of-a-kind performer who has an electric presence that lights up a room
or a stage and who wears his cowboy credentials naturally and genuinely.
Meadows penned eight of the 10 songs on the 100% COWBOY CD.

Reba McEntire is credited with helping Meadows make it to Nashville by
encouraging him to make the move to Music City and offering him a place to
live once he arrived. He later captivated the judges and audience of the hit
USA Network "Nashville Star" TV series with his singing and stage talent,
his skilled songwriting gift, and his silver screen good looks. Meadows
quickly earned a fan base so large that when he played a hometown concert at
the Choctaw Coliseum, he drew a venue-record crowd of nearly 7,000.
His qualities and characteristics have helped his team build
endorsement relationships with Atwood Hats, Wrangler, Panhandle Slim,
Epiphone Guitars, Copley Guitars, and Twisted X Boots. "Jason showcases our
brand very well," says Edyie Brooks-Bryant, Wrangler's marketing manager,
country music, licensing, and public relations. "We're looking forward to
this being a long and productive relationship."

The video that accompanied Meadows' debut single, "100% Cowboy," paired
him with award-winning photographer and director Jim Shea. It was played in
heavy rotation on CMT Pure, teased on CMT's "Top 20," and added to playlists
on both CMT and GAC. The video entered CMT Pure's "12 Pack" at No. 4 after
only one week of airplay. The song was selected as the theme song for CMT's
series "America's Top Cowboy," which featured eight cowboys selected to
travel to a ranch where they compete over the course of five days for a
prize of $50,000. Meadows has been featured recently in Country Weekly
magazine, CMA CloseUp, Playgirl, and on "GAC Nights." He'll tour throughout
2007. His schedule is updated frequently and is available for viewing on his
website. Please watch for updates and confirmed CD signing events and
acoustic performances as well as his concert dates.

For Jason Meadows press inquiries, please contact Randy Guidry or
Debbie Holley at Holley.Guidry, 615-460-9550.

COUNTRY MUSIC TEAMS DECORATE CAKES FOR T.J. MARTELL FOUNDATION

Nashville, Tennessee-Country Music teams Troy and Angie Gentry (Montgomery
Gentry), Dean Sams and Michael Britt (Lonestar), Julie and Sandra Roberts,
Aaron and Thea Tippin and Eddie and Tracy Montgomery (Montgomery Gentry)
teamed with top cake designers to create the ultimate country music song
cakes at the inaugural Celebrity Cake Decorating Competition on Sunday, July
1 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort benefiting the T.J. Martell Foundation.

Julie and Sandra Roberts with cake designer Martin Howard took the Best of
Show Award with their "Men and Mascara" themed cake. The cake was a take off
of Julie's song from her sophomore album on Mercury Records. "I am normally
the one in the kitchen watching Mama and tasting everything as she bakes, so
it was a blast working with Martin and learning about decorating cakes and
homemade chocolate!" said Roberts. "It was all for a good cause... You can't
beat that!"

Aaron and Thea Tippin's cake "Ain't Nothin' Wrong with the Radio" was the
winner for the People's Choice Award. Cake designer Norman Davis created the
themed cake that included a miniature car with passengers made of a sugar
mixture that actually resembled the Tippin couple. "For as long as Thea and
I worked on that thing...it's a good thing we won something," said Aaron.
"Old beat-up dilapidated Daisy came through again!" (Daisy was the car he
modeled the song and cake after).

The Best of Show and People's Choice team winners were awarded colorful
stand mixers presented by KitchenAid.

The event featured top U.S. cake designers Martin Howard, Bronwen Weber,
Michelle Bommarito, Lisa Rafael and Norman Davis.
