Clint Black Keeps His Eyes On The Ball
Equity Music Group's Clint Black coached Blair Garner's After-Midnight team
at the annual City of Hope Celebrity Softball Game on June 7th. Black has
participated in this event several times over the years, but this marks his
first game as a coach. Though his team lost to the Opry team and coach Pete
Fisher, Black remains unfazed. "We had the talent; we had the desire to
win. What we needed was for all the guys on our team to keep their eyes on
the ball, and not Carrie Underwood," Black laughed.

Clint Black has been in the studio working on a brand new full length album
that is expected to be released this fall. For additional info., please

Waylon Jennings

Waylon Jennings will be honored posthumously by the Nashville SongWriters
Festival On Music Row in it's fifth annual presentation of the Life Time
Achievement Award.

Waylon was the first country singer to sell a million records. Grammy
winner, songwriter, actor, author and businessman, he was an American
original whose career spanned 6 decades.

Waylon personified the outlaw country movement. Jennings rejected the
conventions of the recording industry back in the '70s with other
songwriter/artists such as Willie Nelson and Kris Kristofferson. Branded an
"outlaw" because of the ragged, maverick image and their independence,
Waylon became one of the significant forces of country music in the '70s.

The award will be accepted by Waylon's brother, longtime band member and
manager, Tommy Jennings. The presentation will take place this Monday, June
11th, 7PM at the Hotel Preston Stage located at 733 Briley Parkway, (The
intersection of Briley Parkway and I-40), Nashville, TN. 37217.
877.361.5500.

You are invited to come listen to Tommy Jennings tell many wonderful and
blunt stories of when he and Waylon ran the back alleys of Music Row.

You can find more information about Waylon here at

TRACY LAWRENCE MAKES HISTORY WITH HIT SINGLE "Find Out Who Your Friends
 Are" Is No. 1!

NASHVILLE, TN-June 11, 2007-Country music superstar Tracy Lawrence is
perched atop national music trade charts, Billboard/R&R and Mediabase, with
his 17th No. 1 record, "Find Out Who Your Friends Are." History was made
when the song topped the charts making Lawrence the first country artist who
owns his own record label, RCR (Rocky Comfort Records), to reach the coveted
No. 1 position with the debut single release on that label. "Find Out Who
Your Friends Are" is Lawrence's first No. 1 since 1997 when he topped the
R&R chart with "Is That A Tear." His last Billboard No. 1 was with "Time
Marches On" in 1996.

"I am so grateful to country radio for supporting us as an independent and
helping us reach the public with my music," says Lawrence. "It's been a
dream of mine for a long, long time to own my own record label, but to have
a No. 1 hit with my first single release is an even bigger dream come true
for me. This is an accomplishment that I don't take lightly. My brother and
business partner, Laney, and I cherry-picked a team that had the vision, the
enthusiasm, the guts and the persistence to make this happen. From promotion
to public relations, from sales and marketing to distribution, I truly have
an all-star team. "

The single was released to radio August 21, 2006 on the RCR/CO5 Nashville
imprint. According to Mediabase national radio callout research, the song
has ranked consistently among the Top 5 since the third week of December
2006.

The full CD, titled FOR THE LOVE, was available in stores January 30, 2007.
It marked Lawrence's first studio collection in nearly three years. The CD
was met with an impressive response by record buyers across the United
States and Lawrence entered Billboard magazine's "Top Independent Albums"
chart at No. 3, the "Top Country Albums" chart at No. 6, and "The Billboard
Hot 100" albums chart at No. 53. RCR/CO5 Nashville has a distribution
partnership with A2M (Artist To Market Distribution).

FOR THE LOVE features several points of interest. Among them, the title cut
is a duet with Brad Arnold, lead singer of the multi-platinum group Three
Doors Down. It's a song that is edgy, yet it fits very comfortably amid the
other country songs included in this collection. "Speed Of Flight," a
true-to-Tracy Lawrence waltz, represents the first time that Lawrence has
cut a song he wrote without a co-writer. "Til I Was A Daddy Too," scheduled
as the second single from FOR THE LOVE, takes a very heartfelt look at
parenting and the depth of a father's love. Finally, like bookends, the CD
starts and finishes with "Find Out Who Your Friends Are." One is a bonus
track that features two of Lawrence's longtime friends Kenny Chesney and Tim
McGraw.

The new music is available for downloading on iTunes, WalMart.com, Napster,
Rhapsody, and eMusic among other digital service providers. Internet users
can watch exclusive Tracy Lawrence interview and performance clips on the
AT&T blue room site. ATTblueroom.com/music. Cell phone users have actively
downloaded ringtones. The ringtones are still available. Text Tracy1 to
66555 to get "Find Out Who Your Friends Are;" text Tracy2 to 66555 to get
"You Can't Hide Redneck," text Tracy3 to 66555 to get "For The Love," or

MARIO MAGRO KISS FOR A CAUSE FOUNDATION TO HOLD ONLINE CELEBRITY AUCTION
June 15 - 25, 2007
http://www.ebay.com/kissforacause

(Beverly Hills, June 6, 2007) -- Mario Magro Kiss For A Cause Foundation
will hold an online auction of exclusive handbags kissed and signed by
celebrities at the recent 42nd Annual Academy of Country Music Awards. The
auction will run from June 15 - 25, 2007. Country music artists including
Martina McBride, George Strait, Vince Gill, Miranda Lambert, Rascal Flatts,
Rodney Atkins, Little Big Town, The Wreckers, ZZ Top musical legend Billy
Gibbons, Heartland, Emerson Drive, Josh Turner, Tracy Lawrence, Sara Evans,
and many more, all puckered up to have their lip prints and signature
pressed on the inside of Mario Magro Crystal Le Coop purses, to be auctioned
off in support of orphaned and abandon children. All proceeds will benefit
Mario Magro Kiss For A Cause Foundation. For a complete list of celebrity
participation and photos please visit:
http://kissforacause.org/celebrity_photos.html

Forty-seven years ago, Joanne Woodward and seven of the era's brightest
stars were the first to place their hand prints in cement at Mann's Chinese
Theatre Walk of Fame. Today, Mario Magro Kiss For A Cause Foundation gives
the time honored tradition a new twist by collecting the kisses and
signatures of today's hottest stars of film, television and music. "The
concept has been a great success," Mario Magro notes. "We are helping
children all around the world and creating collectible items that will be
more valuable and famous than
any memorabilia collection ever conceived.

"The kissed and signed crystal inserts are very appealing to collectors
because they offer an intimate connection to the celebrity. There is nothing
quite as sexy and compelling as owning a celebrity's kiss and autograph
preserved behind glass. When you look at the kissed and signed insert, you
can see the celebrity's actual lip prints. I can only imagine what a
Marilyn Monroe or JFK kiss and signature would be worth today -- it would be
priceless to the collector. I'm very proud of the celebrities who have lent
their support. The collection is magnificent, but their contribution
towards the cause of helping orphaned and abandoned children is
immeasurable!" Magro says emphatically.

Each collectible item has been numbered and authenticated by designer Mario
Magro, whose signature is sealed inside along with the celebrity's kiss and
autograph. The kissed and signed crystal insert comes in a branded leather
display case accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and certificate of
photograph authenticity. Each collectable item includes an original Mario
Magro Crystal Le Coop handbag.

The Mario Magro Kiss For A Cause celebrity auction will be hosted by eBay
Giving Works, the dedicated program for charity listing on eBay. The event
is managed on eBay by Auction Cause, a premier online auction management
agency specializing in high profile design, strategy, and cause marketing
for corporations and nonprofits worldwide. For more information, please

Mario Magro Kiss For A Cause Foundation (MMKFACF) is dedicated to the
protection of orphaned, homeless and abandoned children. Internationally,
there are 140,000,000 children suffering from extreme poverty. MMKFACF's
mission is to house, feed and educate orphaned and abandoned children and
provide work and training skills for a better
future. For more information on the foundation please visit
