Yebbut, it ain't gonna get a second season, so make the most of the last 6
episodes.

I'm really in two minds about whether to bother watching it when C4
finally get their act together and put it on. We already know that there
isn't going to be a second season, so the ratings here make no difference.
C4 could have put it on in the new year, like they previously said they
would. Instead we have to wait until "late June", by which time the DVD
release will be imminent.

If they put it on C4 on Friday at 9pm, in the slot that Ugly Betty is
currently in, I'll watch. Otherwise, I may be washing my hair that night.

They did the same with Lost, it was hyped for months, with promises of a
January start, it finally materialised around July. By which time, a
huge chunk of viewers who may have watched it had either lost interest,
already downloaded it, or were waiting for the DVDs which were out only
5 or 6 weeks after it started on C4.

IMO, C4 have turned into one of the worst UK broadcasters, they just
don't seem interested in anything, unless it's Big Brother related.

The way they treat US imports is appalling, shunting them around the
schedules, missing weeks or dropping them altogether, seemingly on a
whim. I really don't know why they bother with them at all.

I really can't see Studio 60 getting much of a following to be honest. I
found it OK, not a patch on TWW. It got to the stage where I was
downloading it and never getting around to watching it, then I stopped
downloading it completely. They could have done with concentrating more
on the show and less on the songs etc... in the show, or at least get
decent writers in, that do that sort of thing all the time to do those
bits.

They may well start it in a reasonable slot, give it a couple of weeks,
say it's not getting the viewing figures expected, then either dump it
completely, make it E4/More 4 only or just shunt it to the early hours.

I'm totally expecting it to be More 4 only. Considering the way they
treated TWW from S5 onwards, I really don't think they are going to push
it very hard.

I'm totally expecting it to be More 4 only. Considering the way they
treated TWW from S5 onwards, I really don't think they are going to push
it very hard.
