ITV digital Text not working via Sky

I've been having this problem for a few days now. I looks as if it's loading 
then just goes back to the normal tv picture. Is there anyone else having 
this or is it an update issue?
Any advice would be appreciated or direct me to where I need to post for 
some help.

You could email Mr Grade and ask him if his policy of making ITV services 
via a Sky sat box worse than Freesat has been extended to Text!
