is it possible to chip an old grundig sky box or not???
I wondered if there is a way to receive all the sky channels with a
chipped box???
Does sky know what you are viewing?????
Some tc engineers twll me this so but others say not, it is possible
to chip ntl boxes to receive all the channels, what is true. Please e

I doubt they can, given it needs special equipment for BARB to monitor
TV viewing to produce ratings. If it wasn't isn't needed, BARB would be
out of a job.

they can via the phone, they connacted me offering £5 voucher if I took part
in viewing habits and all I would need is the phone connected ( i did anyway
asof multiroom) but they needed my signature ( I didn't bother,)

Yes. It is possible. The skybox works a bit like a prepaid phone... No need
to elaborate... I have seen it done, but don't know how it's done. Cable fed
digital boxes eg NTL are much easier to get done for only about 150 euro
